-No down payment,No reservation policy.

-Reservation fees are non refundable but transferable.

-Reservation must be made one month in advance of chosen travel date.

-In case of bad weather,the trip will be reschedule.

-Children below 3 years old are free of charge.

-Children between 3 to 7 years old are 50% discount.

-20% required as reservation payment which is not refundable but re-bookable,

balance payment will be settled the day of your tour.

- Minimum of 10 person per van and maximum of 12.

-To use the leased unit in good condition and not any illegal manner.

-To pay in accordance with the stipulation and the computations.

-Failure to pay the rental and tour event on agreed date,VIC TRAVEL & TOUR and VAN RENTAL shall have to right to pull out the vehicle and cancelled of that said tour event.
